Is your website secure?

This website is
100% secure. Shopify stores your credit card information. First, the website
you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the
left of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most websites only secure
their "cart" and everything related to payment for orders. On this
website, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.
Finally, when it comes to payment, we currently use Shopify payment , which is
the benchmark when it comes to security for Internet transactions. If you choose
a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit
card information. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long
as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once that is done, your
purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways follow
the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council,
which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard,

American Express
and Discover.

requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our
online store and its service providers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our payment process is secure and encrypted for your safety.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 8-14 business days to be able to
deliver directly from our reserve warehouse 
to the customer, this is to protect Environment and costs.

Since it is an order with different products at the same time, it may happen that orders arrive at different times in between.


What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this number to track your package on our website or on the carrier's website. Otherwise ask us via email at contact@mildneck.com

Can I modify or cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We only deliver in I USA ,Canada and Europe

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for
the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due
to customs clearance or pandemic and we can't do anything about it but are
investigating to find out the cause and improve delivery times in a safe and
fast way. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If
you still feel you need help tracking your package or have a question about it,

I received adamaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to
hear that. No need to panic. Just send a picture of the damaged item in
question to the email address: contact@mildneck.com 
and we will possibly send a similar replacement item as soon as
possible.
