Returns and refunds policy
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange because the product comes into contact with the human body some days and therefore cannot be resold .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on our part.
* Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or deny your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card entity, as it may take a while for your refund to be posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes processing time for a refund to be posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@mildneck.com and we tell you the process .
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified that you have returned the item.
